Okay, Okay, Uncle! STOP!

STOP playing with God! What others don’t see or hear, God does. He loves you enough to help you recognize it as a trick of the enemy, to get rid of it and take on His way of doing things. Your investment in the word of God will yield returns that cannot be matched anywhere!

STOP making excuses why you can't do or have something. Be honest with yourself, it's not someone else's fault. No one can keep you from your goals but YOU! You've got enough Power in you so that you can, "SAY to this mountain, be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his (YOUR) heart, but shall believe that those things which he (YOU) saith shall come to pass;  he (YOU) shall have whatsoever he (YOU) saith."
(Mk 11.23 KJV emphasis added)

STOP listening to the crowd! Wise counsel it sought after in accordance to the word of God. But those who say one thing and live a different way are not the ones to give wise counsel.

STOP looking in all the wrong places for affirmation, attention, reverence as if someone should pat you on the back and say, “Atta boy!” God is no respecter of persons, your gifts will make room for you and He will reward you openly for your diligence, trust and obedience!

STOP misinterpreting the scriptures to make them fit your plan or crisis today. “There is a way that seems right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” (Pv 14.12 KJV) God has already placed your life’s plan and blessings in order and in the correct location. Your ideas just might move you out of position creating unnecessary delays and hardships. Get back in the Word and watch God!

Preachers, STOP shouting down your congregants, we hear you. After all, you’ve got the mic! Just make sure the word you preach is sound (led by the Holy Ghost) because judgment begins with you!

Let’s pray:

Lord forgive me for thinking I could live the gospel on my terms. I repent of wrong thoughts, deeds and not fulfilling the great commission in which You’ve called me to be a part. Forgive me for not studying, meditating and practicing Your word to be the witness and the blessing to others.

Lord I thank You! When I don’t see the value in me, You remind me that Jesus died on the cross for me. You are calling me out from the death of man’s standards, goals and ideas and back into the one You’ve created. I find a freedom beneath Your wings that cannot be duplicated anywhere else in the world.

No good thing will You withhold from me. I am at liberty to be me in Christ Jesus. It is the power of God through Christ who strengthens me to do all things. Though the tasks may seem strange or tedious to others, You’ve called me to rest in You and You will do the work and “…greater works,” says the Lord!

I’ll not fret over the issues of the world because the world and I speak two different languages. We’re from two different governments: the kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness. This knowledge comes through meditating in the word of God day and night and is powerful enough to change any situation, circumstance, illness, lack and ignorance that would want to attach itself to me and those I love!

Jesus I love you! No need to waste another moment - I’m coming home. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right Spirit within me. Surround me with Your chosen to help me understand and practice your unadulterated word. Help me to see the value You have in me (through The Blood) and walk in accordance to Your will. You are my Lord and Savior!

If that is your prayer, keep your ear tuned to the Spirit of God. Get in a good bible believing and practicing church and build the kingdom of God!
